We use only the plumpest, soft, juicy strawberries in this most quintessential of our recipes. Mrs Darlington’s Strawberry Jam is perfect on scones with clotted cream, makes the ultimate jam butty and adds a fruity dash to rice pudding or porridge.
Ingredients
Sugar, strawberries, gelling agent: pectin, lemon juice.
Prepared with 50 grams of fruit per 100 grams
Total Sugar content 65 grams per 100 grams.
No added colour or preservatives.
