Roquefort Société is made with Ewes milk which balances the blue mould aroma, creating the magic taste that has made Roquefort famous around the world, the King of Blue Cheeses. A crumbly, tangy, unpasteurised ewes milk cheese with distinctive green veins from the home of this cheese, Roquefort-sur-Soulzon.

Spanish Picos Blue ~180g

The strongest cave aged blue we have ever tasted. Made in the valley of León from cow´s and goat´s pasteurised milk. Although it has an irregular, rough and dark grey rind, the inside is a close, soft and moist texture and is grooved by corridors where white and green-blue mould grows. An extremely strong flavour, aromatic, full fat and buttery taste.

Isle of Mull ~180g

Our most mature cheddar. A hearty Scottish cheese with a firm, fondant-like texture that tends to be slightly more compact than the other Cheddars we sell. Flavours range from juicy and zesty to boozy and deeply savoury.
