I’m an award winning blue cheese of Yorkshire, created by the former band member of BLUR, Alex James. I am matured for 12 weeks giving you a perfectly soft, creamy, and mellow texture. My flavour is rich and intensely savoury with the faintest sweetness.
A soft, ivory white cheese with purple-blue streaks and the flavour is steely yet faintly sweet with hints of dark chocolate and spices on the finish. Blue Monday is softer and creamier than many blues and has a thin, sticky, grey-white rind.
