My name translates to sweet milk, so naturally, I have a sweet and quite mild taste. I pair fabulously with grapes, and in a rich pasta sauce. I pair with a Rosé, or a juicy red wine.
A soft, blue cheese which is a mild variation on Gorgonzola making it very popular. It can be mixed into creamy mashed potato to give an extra depth of flavour or it can be incorporated into a salad to give it more bite.
