I am a traditional Stilton, a must have to every cheese board. I am tangy, but unique, with a lovely strong flavour bound to knock your socks off! Pair me with sweet chutneys, and fresh pears or walnuts. I pair well with Pudding wine, Port, Dry Sherry, and Claret.
