Finally, a festive Fourme d’Ambert. The cheese is injected and washed with Muscat, leading to a sweet, full-flavoured experience that will bring any meal to a satisfying close. As it matures, the softness of the paste becomes softer, the lactic fatty notes get deeper and creamier, sweetness and meat-vibes ring truer lending a perfect barnyard tone that we never taste in a “normal” Fourme.
