Ossau Iraty is an iconic raw ewes’ milk cheese from the Basque Country and is a real crowd pleaser with a sweet, nutty and caramel flavour that lingers in the mouth.
This cheese has a sweet, buttery taste with an ivory paste and smells similar to toasted hazelnuts.
