As fun to eat as I am to pronounce, I’m made with milk from the sheep of the Pyrénées Mountains - just like Roquefort’s old process. The Bleu d’Hougarou is milder than its cousin, yet just as satisfying. It is a delicate, rich, and utterly complex raw ewe’s milk blue.

Due to exceptionally high levels of demand it may be necessary to substitute a product to ensure you order is dispatched promptly. We will always pick a suitable alternative that is similar to your requested product, and that will always be of equal or higher value at no extra cost.
