This new semi-soft cheese has a particularly melt-in-the-mouth, creamy texture due to the extra portion of cream added. Combined with the tangy mature aroma from the sandstone Kaltbach caves, this cheese is a real taste sensation. With its dark brown natural rind and its creamy texture, it is clear this cheese belongs in the Kaltbach family.
