I am a lovely Ewe’s cheese with fruity and grassy flavours.
A small cylinder of Manchego cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain. This Ewe’s milk cheese is very firm with distinctive flavours.

HOW I KEEP | Keep refrigerated, keep wrapped, serve at room temperature, use within 12 days.
