Spanish Picos Blue (AKA Cabrales)
Made in the valley of León from cow´s and goat´s pasteurised milk. Although it has an irregular, rough and dark grey rind, the inside is a close, soft and moist texture and is grooved by corridors where white and green-blue mould grows. An extremely strong flavour, aromatic, full fat and buttery taste.
